Crow's Landing- 1:48 Scale (1/4")
This is a one-story cottage made from a styro-foam pumpkin, so there is no need to form the structure itself. Using the supplied pieces, you will add a porch, a fence with arbor, windows and smoke stack to give the pumpkin character, as well as a top-hatted scarecrow to invite you into the yard. If you choose to use the inside, instructions are included for hollowing out the interior of the pumpkin. Otherwise, you could just do the exterior.
Every thing you need to build our pumpkin house is included in the kit...from the rocks, flowers and grass all the way to the especially scarecrow and the smokestack. We supply the mounded ground, as well.
The project base is designed to fit flat into a 5" x 7" picture frame. The house is 3" tall. This is not a beginner kit, but an intermediate level builder can handle it easily.
